Who is the data controller
The controller of personal data collected through this website is Kreatywne Ścieżki Piotr Kaczorowski, ul. Filarskiego 5/51, 80-536 Gdańsk, Poland, tax ID (NIP) 8882761402.
For any data-related matters: piotr@hireaiworkers.eu, phone +48 539 118 504.
What this website collects
This site has no contact forms and no user accounts. Nothing is required from you in order to browse it.
The English-learning app “Czytaj i ucz się” (hireaiworkers.eu/readenglish) has user accounts and its own privacy policy (in Polish, as the app is available in Polish only).
Two things are collected:
- Server logs — the hosting server automatically records the IP address, date and time of the visit, browser type and the page requested. This happens on every visit and serves security and correct operation of the site. The legal basis is my legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
- Visit statistics and ad performance measurement (Google Analytics, Google Ads) — only if you consent through the banner shown on entry. If you decline or ignore it, the Google script is never loaded at all. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time via "Cookie settings" in the footer.
Cookies and browser storage
Without your consent, no analytics or marketing cookies are set. I only store your consent choice itself in your browser's local storage, so that you are not asked again on every visit.
Once you consent, Google Analytics sets its own cookies to distinguish sessions and visitors. IP anonymisation is enabled.
With the same consent, the information that someone came from one of my Google ads and, for example, submitted a request for a free test is passed to Google Ads (Google Analytics is linked to my Google Ads account). This is used only to see which ads work. Google may use its advertising cookies for this. I pass your consent status to Google (Google Consent Mode); once you withdraw consent, no further data is sent.
Web fonts are hosted on my server, so browsing this site does not send your IP address to any external font provider.
Email and phone contact
If you write or call me, I process the data contained in that correspondence (name, email address, phone number, message content) in order to reply and, where relevant, prepare an offer. The basis is my legitimate interest and, for discussions about working together, steps prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR). I keep correspondence for as long as needed to handle the matter and for evidentiary purposes.
The AI assistant deployed for clients
This section concerns tools I deploy for my clients (e.g. in online stores), not browsing this website.
The AI assistant follows a data-minimisation approach:
- No conversation history: I do not store conversation content. Chat history exists only in the end user's browser and is not saved in my database.
- No profiling: I do not collect chat users' contact details or create behavioural profiles about them. If a shop customer asks about an order status, the order number and email address are used only for a one-time check in the shop's system and are not stored anywhere.
- What I store: My database stores only a copy of the client's website content, an optional knowledge base (additional files or questions and answers provided by the commissioning client), and aggregated, fully anonymous satisfaction ratings (👍/👎) used to measure the assistant's effectiveness.
- Sending queries to AI models: The current query entered in the chat window is sent directly to the language model provider (OpenAI or Anthropic) solely to generate a response and is not archived on my server.
In the relationship with a store deploying the assistant, the store is the controller of its customers' data and I act as a processor. I sign a data processing agreement with every client.
Who receives the data
Recipients may include: the hosting provider running the website server, Google Ireland Limited (statistics — only after consent) and my email service provider. Within the AI assistant service, the recipient is the language model provider (OpenAI or Anthropic).
Some of these entities may process data outside the European Economic Area. This takes place on the basis of mechanisms provided for in the GDPR, in particular standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.
Your rights
You have the right to access your data, rectify it, erase it or restrict its processing, as well as the right to object to processing and the right to data portability. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it at any time — this does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Polish supervisory authority, the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, Poland), or with the supervisory authority in your country of residence.
Changes to this policy
If the way the site works or the scope of processed data changes, I will update this document and change the date shown at the top.
