Starting prices — the final quote depends on scope (number of products, integration complexity, additional languages). I issue invoices without VAT because my business is VAT-exempt. AI account setup is included in the implementation price; on-site visits are quoted separately. The assistant runs on my server, and the subscription covers hosting and technical support. Cancelling switches the assistant off — with no notice period, penalties or commitments.
30-day satisfaction guarantee. If the assistant doesn't meet your expectations within the first month, I refund the implementation fee. The refund doesn't cover AI costs, which you pay directly to the provider.

It uses predefined templates, for example for quote requests, as well as information available on your website and in the attached knowledge base.
